I ordered this product with regular delivery, then realized i needed it rushed to me. The company gladly sent it out right away with no extra charge. Quality was great for a used book, very few marks and the pages were in excellent shape. I definitely recommend buying from this supplier.

This book has the most ambiguous definitions i've ever seen; for example, on page 47 "product documents" are defined as "the result of transaction processing." Basically, this whole book is vaguely written and too theoretical to be useful; entertaining is completely out of the question.

The book is okay as far as textbooks go, but there is no real companion site. Most textbooks have decent companion sites with study guides, quizzes, glossary, etc. This one has none of that, only the slides that go with the chapter.
