I purchased from a "private" textbook seller. The product was "useless". I contacted the seller and could not resolve the issue. I no longer have confidence in this type of transaction. I should be able to return this item like any other item. It should not be "at the seller's discretion" I will not shop on Amazon.com again!

Very reliable and fast seller- I got an item sooner than promised,which surprised me pleasantly.Highly recommended.

I had submitted a review of this seller before and a summary of my experience with this purchase, but will do so again. First, the seller never responds to any inquiries, which tells me that they are not really in the business of providing good customer service. Secondly, since I didn't purchase the textbook from Amazon directly, but only through one of, (I use the word carefully), their sellers, I have am out the money I spent. Lesson learned. Third the book I received was not a student copy as suggested, but an "Instructor's Review Copy." I don't want to order a "NEW" book and get a review copy. This vendor, according to reviews has done this before, so perhaps if Amazon would read these reviews they would know what was going on, through their web site. That's my review.
