I'm just getting into recreational handgun shooting after decades of competitive rifle and shotgun shooting. After reading this book, I understood what I was doing wrong with the handgun & my ability to hit closer to the center of the target improved considerably. It's a thin book with some repetition, but a good shooting aid to toss in the range box when things aren't going well.

If you purchase Mr. Stephens' first book on X-Shooting, you probably don't need Advanced Master Handgunning. Most of this book summarizes the tips in X-Shooting. Only a few pages discuss shooting moving targets or shooting while moving. Mr. Stephens doesn't share any new training tips. Keep searching if you want a book that covers moving targets and advanced competition shooting.
