This is a great starting point in your search for information on raising meat rabbits for a living. Three other great sources are also available, or soon will be: Rabbit Production 8th Ed., Professional Rabbit Meat Association (look for them on the web) and LJ's Breaking Free$ for people wanting Get free - Kiss wage-slaving goodbye - Your link to independence.Commercial Rabbit Raising was first published by the U.S. Government Printing Office in 1966 and updated in 1971. It's greatest value is for those wanting to feed with crops and forages produced on their own land, particularly in areas where rabbit pellets are not readily available. Those seriously considering commercial rabbits for a living, though, will benefit more from PRMA, Rabbit Production, and from Rabbit Feeding And Nutrition - Bill Anderson (LJ).
