I was hoping to get a book with some new romantic ideas that I haven't already seen. A few are pretty original, but the bulk of the book is fairly routine. I was actually disappointed because many of the ideas in this book can actually be found online for free....Not the best romance book I have come across.

I got this book from the author and I have to say it has come in handy. As a single girl working and living pay check to pay check the simple ideas on how to have a date on a budget helps. I am in a new realtionship and I use this book to come up with fun new things we can do together.

I recently purchased a copy of Creative Romance for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I enjoy reading romantic books like 1001 Ways to Say I Love You and the RoMANtic's Guide, but this book is more useful than either of those. Creative Romance covers the whole relationship from dating to (hopefully for me!) engagement and then on to marriage. I especially enjoyed the creative marriage proposals section. I really enjoyed reading this book and I think I will give it to my boyfriend a few days early for Valentine's Day. I think there are a few tips in there he can use!
