I read this book because I was struggling in my current job - and did not understand why. I'm a competent worker with a lot of motivation and many successes in my career. This book helped me understand that because of my personality - I am naturally better at some things than others. The things that do not come naturally to me cause stress and self-doubt. By learning to focus on your strengths, work can become a job and a job can become a career. I now have a new found understanding of my strengths and weaknesses and how I will begin to apply them to achieve happiness in my career.

This book was recommended and was helpful in reviewing my career and personality, strengths and weaknesses. I highly recommend this book for individuals trying to find out more about their goals for career and a match for happiness in the everyday selection of tasks and commitments. This was a real eye-opener especially following assessment of the Myers-Briggs. I wish I had this opportunity for thought and reflection years ago!

This book is the best book I have read for finding a job you love. It helps you discover you own traits that will lead you to a career that is suited to you. Highly recommended for someone who wants to change a career & for students before they decide on college or a new job.
