This book is great. I recommend it for humans interested in acupuncture, it isn't just for vets. Chapter 3 does a great job explaining how acupuncture works. The references are good. The illustrations are sketchy, literally, and the venn diagrams a bit silly, but other than that, I have nothing negative. It won't teach you how to do acupuncture, but if you are trying to understand how it works, it does a great job. Good summary of how pain works.

An introductory text that will expose the reader to veterinary acupuncture but very little depth to the information.
