this book is not a horrible book it just tries to cover too wide of a subject in to little space it leaves you wanting bad it has pictures with no info on the items in the picture it goes into depth on some items and doesnt even talk about hole segments of others if you have every other book on john deere then go ahead and pick this one up it might have some info you cant find elsewhere other wise get the rest first i was really disappointed

This book goes a long way in filling the void in the hobby of collecting John Deere memorabillia. While numerous books abound regarding John Deere toys, John Deere Collectibles explores the various advertising give aways and promotional items employed by Deere through the years. From watch fobs to brochures to banners and signs, it gives an excellent overview of the breadth and depth of memorabillia out there. This book leaves you excited about what you might aleady possess, or items undiscovered in the attic, barn or flea market. For the novice or experienced collector, or even someone simply nostalgic for John Deere, John Deere Collectibles by Brenda Kruse should be a welcome addition to your library
