Great book, but need older versions of the book too, as some information is only reviewed in previous editions.

The only drawback in this excellant series of books is the long interval between volumes. There should be an on-line site for these books to alow regular udates of new practices and proceedures.

I have to admit that it is an excellent book if you want to do research or find refrences about a topic, but if you want to keep it handy in your practice or use it for passing tests then you better buy something else or you need to buy at least the last "3" editions of the book. because all chapters refer to old editions for diagnosis, epidemiology or what os ever.basicaly you need to page all 3 last editions to get a clueabout what you were looking for.
