I was a bit disappointed with this book. It's contents include statistics on love and romance related topics (who reads romance novels), encyclopedia type entries (what is Valentine's Day), lists (how to say "I love you" in many languages, legal age of consent in all countries), interspersed with love poetry. There wasn't anything here that surprised me, and frankly a decent internet search on "love" or "romance" would return items similar to the contents of this book. My disappointment aside, the book would most likely be appreciated as a token of love.
