This was the worst service I have ever had. I still have not received my order a month later,and I have filed an A-to-Z guarantee claim. I want my money back. I will never do business with this merchant again.

The book was supposed to be delivered within 2-8 business days, it tooks over 2 and 1/2 weeks to get delievered. They did issue me a refund however.

This is a wonderful book full of great information. I received it quickly and in new condition.
