This volume is exceptional for a few reasons: the essays are focused on well known, canonical texts and authors; they are by major critics; and they are surprisingly easy to read and comprehend. If you are familiar with Romantic poetry and would like to know more about how it has been interpreted in light of the last few decades' major critical trends -- New Historicism, deconstruction, and feminism, especially -- this is a great resource.
