I purchased this for my wife after having a wonderful dinner at someone else's house where the whole meal was made from this book (including brownies for desert). My wife is on a diet and having a lot of fun trying all the recipes. She tells everyone we're eating better than ever. The recipes are simple and tasty. We love to tell our friends that we have french fries with dinner almost any night we want. And yes, my wife is losing weight but what makes this a good book is that it makes it easier for her to stay on the diet. Book is highly recommended.

I used to love Rachael Ray recipes, but many are not WW friendly, but this cookbook has several recipes that are simply a treat and simple to make. My favorite is the Rosemary Scented Barley. I have not been disappointed and this is coming from a avid cookbook reader, recipe scavenger, and all around kitchen/food lover. MUST BUY! The meals feel like a splurge!

As with all of the great Weight Watchers recipes that they publish, these recipes are fun, easy and filling. I'm always looking for new recipes to try, so these are great at 8 points or less for each.
