Product was exactly as i expected. The book itself is very helpful for weaning you off of carbs. We are losing weight as I type!

It happens that I bought this book to begin a new way of losing weight. I found that the ideas in the book were outdated. Other ideas were same as other low carb books.

Great update on the information I had on how carbs are actually digested. The sample meals and recipes help to plan more interesting meals.
