The book is beautifully produced and is an excellent book of the coffee table variety. I was hoping that it had more of the tensing and strength building exercises of the [DVR]Dynamic Visualized Resistance and [VRT]Visualized Resistance Trainng variety. Never the less I think the book will answer many people's exercise needs without the injury potential of lifting weights.

Before you listen to my over excited review let me offer this. This is a workout for many that will take a full 35 minutes. I have progressed in under a month and can complete this workout in 15 minutes flat. If carefully done you can do this to without injury. It serves as an great flowing joint mobility and stretching routine along with some plyometric jumping, and fast twitch work. Shi Yan MIng must have spent much time meditating to come up with this short effective routine..... now for the overly caffinated review...Yo Yo Yo Amitofo. This book is a treasure for anyone who wants to make their life more of an adventure. Sure It will take months to be able to master all these skills that are taught as clear as possible through words. But let me tell you something. It will change your life. I do this workout in the space a Tiger lays down. No gym needed. Right beside my bed. I don't think it should even be called a workout. It is meditation, life is meditation. This book has made my medial tasks like cleaning the bath tub after my shower a meditation. Laundry is now a meditation. My body can and does all of the everyday tasks we all must tackle with pure ease with the skills learned in this book. I dislike the stretches where your hands are interlocked and are raising the sky. You know what that means? I have to much tension built up and the chi is not flowing through my shoulders and arms. My body is now very flexible and fast. I just add 3 sets of either handstand pushups, regular pushups, or dips. paired with chinups, or bodyweight rows at the beginning of the workout. I also do some V-ups ( like situps but raise legs as well) at the end of the workout. After doing this workout I am ready to do anything. Much thanks to Sifu Shi Yan Ming and all who made this possible. I sure hope there will be more books from him soon!
