This warning will help only if you're a music newbie like me. All the other Fake Books I've bought have music transposed to the key of C. No flats or sharps to deal with. That's what I wanted. That's what I though I was getting. This Fake Book does not do that. MUSIC IS IN THE ORIGINAL KEY. I guess for musicians fake book means: melody line and chords. Good to know. But an expensive lesson.

This is a really nice book. Has a great variety of music.... The only thing I wish could be done when selling music books is to let the buyer know which edition it is, or in this case it was an updated book from a book called The Big Book. Had I known that I would have looked for a different edition cause I already had the "Big Book". At any rate it's a great book and I will give it to one of my son's who also play. RS

Wide selection of music. So what if print is smallish? This collection is truly "heavyweight". I'm not kidding-- it may actually weigh more than some keyboards.
