Very satisfied with price compared to the brick and mortar stores. The product is just as good or better than the average store.

The book really reveals things you will not easily detect using the build in documentation. However, the operating system itself should never have hit the market.

I wanted a book to help me work with Vista; I got a doorstop. The book is "heavy, man," and it doesn't make me happy. I'm reasonably sure the answers to my questions are in there somewhere, but between the small type, the 1000+ pages, and the arcane to this reasonably intelligent non-geek it's been a lost cause. I'm going to have to go back to the Braille method: feeling my way as I go. I got a good deal from One Click--and still I'd return it in a minute it I could.
