It is challenging to cover 12 years of outboards in a single book. On some sections it is very difficult to determine what information applies to the particular outboard of reader's interest. However, in general the book is good value for the DIY repairman's money. It contains information not generally available anymore and is the definite source of information for owner of such an outboard.

I was very disappointed by this book. When I wrote to the publisher, they were not very polite and stated that I should not buy their publications as they did not want my money. I would recommend that others, too, not part with their money on Seloc publications. My problems: trying to cover too much, typeface - too small of a font, etc. They should take a look at the Haynes series, much easier to work with in your workshop

this is a great manual to have if you have one of these boat motors.
